My name is Wendy Farrow, I am passionate about spelling and grammar. I live in a rural property in the South Waikato and would love to read/edit your work in my relaxed setting. My husband and I enjoy the company of our four cats, and when one or more of our three sons comes home for a visit we love to sit and catch up with all their news too. I have a background in Industrial Instrumentation, having completed an apprenticeship at Kinleith and then working in the trade for three years afterwards. As a result of this experience I am able to offer a specialised service due to my understanding of the engineering and technical language used.
I have proofread/copy edited CVs, cover letters for job applications, websites, short stories, essays, articles for newsletters and books. I enjoy ensuring that the words you put to paper tell the story you want them to tell.
I have also worked on undergraduate reports and postgraduate theses, helping students to present clear, concise papers. |
I made a wreath for our front door in December, I am quite pleased with how it turned out. I found a picture on Pinterest and used the idea, so thank you to whoever thought of it first, I love it. We have a furry addition to our family, Eve joined us on New Year's Day, as a result the Christmas tree was taken down on New Year's Day!! That's a first for me, it is usually up for a couple of weeks into January at least. Haha, what a motivator. Our older cat, Khan, can be seen here watching Eve chasing her toy in the bath, it was a good place to observe the new-comer I think. They get along reasonably well now.
